Slaney Olympic are proud once again to announce dates for this years Summer League Race Series.  All races are open to both members and non members, fees are €3.00 for members and €5.00 for non members and all races start at 7.30 sharp.   This year due to the delay in holding county races, the County Senior Road Race will be including for scoring. 

No team events this year, all races will be handicapped on each individual race performance, to be in line to win best overall male/female, runners must race 4 events and marshal one race.  It is the responsibility of each runner to declare themselves beforehand to the Race Director to have their names added to the marshaling list.  Prizes for overall male/female are confined to Slaney Olympic Club members.

18th May 2018 – Senior County Road Race – Hosted by WMC (Only Slaney Olympic & AAI reg members can run)

15th June 2018 – The Still 5 Mile Race – Race Director Tracy Kavanagh

6th July 2018 – Castlebridge 6k – Race Director Will & Annmarie Doyle 

13th July 2018 – 6K Trail Race – Sliabh Bhui – Race Director Vanessa McShane

10th August 2018 – Rathnure 6K – Race Director Brendan Dillon

17th August 2018 – Ballindaggin 6k – Race Director Ciara Kearney

31st August 2018 – Clonhaston Two Mile Dash – Race Director Mag  Dunphy
