With several runners injured and others competing elsewhere there was a relatively small contingent of runners represented the club at the County Senior Road Race in Ferns. Despite that our mens team ran extremely well and took Silver.
In the mens 10K Dave Barron was first home for the club and fifth overall in 34.41. Farmer was next in 34.56 with Jason third Slaney Olympic man home and 9th overall in 35.39. Sabina Sweeney continues her good run of form to be first Slaney Olympic lady home in the womens race.
